Rob was extremely helpful not only in the preparation of our house before listing, but through the entire process showing the house and negotiating a contract. He had excellent suggestions to ensure that our house had the proper repairs and features to make financing easy for a prospective buyer. He gave us helpful “heads up” texts to alert us to a showing.
